Day 84- Finding a Heart Rate Monitor

I am not going to review every day of the 30 Day Shred. Maybe weekly or something but today I did wake up SORE. This is the first video I have done and woke up sore. The only other time I was sore was when I went to visit Marcelle and she put me on the treadmill and controlled it for me! She so needs to be a personal trainer. Anyways I hurt but I did it today and my second video as well.

Now I need a little help. I am trying to figure out which Heart Rate Monitor to get. So far I am looking at these.

Now after reading many of the reviews of the watches from Polar they make you mail them back to Polar to have the battier changed when it dies. They don't give accurate readings and so on.

My question is what brand do you use and have you had any problems and so on.

I have the F7. I love love love love love it!

As for changing battery it last for a long time, then you send it to them and get it back a week later. No major hassle really. I have had mine a year and it is showing no signs of dying.

I have the F6 and never had any problems with it. I still use it when I go to the gym. My Garmin is for running.

I recently had to change the battery, it was empty but in Holland there are stores where they change the battery while you wait. So I went there and it was ready in half an hour. Perhaps they are there too. I think I have mine for about 5 years now and this was the first time I had to change the battery.
