It's a broken pattern of losing and regaining. I also want to lose these last few pounds now though.<br /><br />The sun will come out tomorrow... Do you take Vitamin D in the winter months? If not, I would inquire with a health professional about it. It is highly recommended for Canadian winters and the lack of sunlight.
