I mean, the last week you had to shovel snow you lost 4 pounds!<br /><br />I read an article the other day that said you should eat before and after a workout, but just really small stuff so your blood sugar doesn't go crazy. So breakfast sounds perfect! It doesn't matter for your weight loss. The only reason why you shouldn't eat is when you feel full and have trouble sleeping, otherwise it doesn't matter. <br /><br />Do you know I talked about you to the hub? It was this weekend when we had snow (again grrr) and I shoveled our driveway. I have read that...Love that last saying - so true!<br /><br />I have read that training on an empty stomach is good,but then you have to do it soon after waking, within the first hour or so, make sure you do that otherwise you will be dizzy.
